| Care of the deceased
It is our practice to include
Hygienic Treatment in our service. The treatment changes nothing
in the long term but by care and respectful handling we seek
to delay the natural changes which must occur after death.
The result is a more natural
and peaceful picture which will leave you with a pleasant
memory.

Before the Funeral
As well as making all the
arrangements for you we can :-
- Arrange printed Service
Sheets or printed announcement cards if you wish.
- Place notices in Newspapers
of your choice on your instructions.
- Arrange a collection of
Charity Donations. Many clients suggest in the Newspaper
announcement that a donation for a charity be sent in lieu
of flowers. When this occurs we will gladly open a fund
for a period of approximately six weeks, provide the family
with details and personal messages from those contributing
and ensure that all monies received safely reach the chosen
charity, with a request that a direct acknowledgement is
sent to you.
- Seek your guidance as to
whether jewellery is to remain on the deceased or be returned.
- Provide you with details
of an excellent Caterer should you require this service

| After the Funeral
We give you the lists of Mourners
and Floral Tributes we made earlier.
We can arrange for the printing
of an appropriately worded acknowledgement, cards or letters.
If CREMATION has taken place
in Salisbury:
The Burial Board will write
to you shortly asking if you would like an entry in the Book
of Remembrance at the Crematorium and provide information
about the various memorial services available.
If your choice was BURIAL:
We can advise you of a reliable
Monumental Mason
who will arrange for Memorial work to be carried out according
to instructions.

Providing for the future
Having read this far you may
be contemplating the future and how best your own wishes can
be met. Some people like to make their own funeral arrangements
in advance to ease the burden on those left behind. As part
of our service we hold your confidential wishes, so that all
you need to do is leave a note with your Minister, Doctor,
Solicitor, Bank Manager, Executors or Next of Kin to contact
us at the appropriate time.
Funeral Pre-Payment Plans
provide an opportunity for individuals to make arrangements
for their own style and type of funeral in accordance with
their own wishes and on payment of a sum reflecting the costs
of that funeral provision, at present day prices, to be assured
that the funeral they have requested will be provided when
they die.
Full details of the various
schemes we offer, can be obtained by contacting
either of our offices.
